The food is tasty, but you have to wait at the restaurant for quite a long time. Hotel is tidy and clean. Rooms look good and clean as well. Spa area is comfortable- indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam bath, jacuzzi, spa tretment. Negative: when you book a room with mountains view, expect a view either on the road or fence. Proof that staff makes or breaks an experience. Receptionist girl was straight up rude and refused to give us a third room key even thought the damn cards wouldnt work. I just dont understand why she went out of her way to be condescending. Train yo staff. (Actually literally everyone was nice except the receptionist girl so maybe have everyone else train her or smt idk) do better
